Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrive Bhopal
On arrival at Airport / railway station, meet with our representative and transfer to the hotel. After fresh-n-up city sightseeing we will proceed for City sightseeing tour of Bhopal visiting the Upper Lake, Lower Lake, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Birla Museum, Kilol Park, Kamla Park, Moti Masjid, Sadar Manzil and Taj-ul-Masjid, Vidhan Sabha, Tagore Memorial and the National Archives of India. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Bhopal Bohjpur Bhimbetka - Pachmarhi , 195 km
Morning after breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Panchmarhi. En-route we will visit Bhojpur (28 Km) & Bhimbetka (46 km). Further we continue drive to Panchmarhi. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Bhojpur, The tiny village of Bhojpur is situated on the bank of river Betwa. Here we will see the remains of magnificent Shiva Temple and Cyclopean dam dated 1010-53 A.D.
Bhimbetka, a world heritage site. The Bhimbetka rock shelters exhibit the earliest traces of human life in India; its Stone Age rock paintings are approximately 9,000 years old, making them among the worlds oldest.
Day 03 : Pachmarhi
Today we will have full day guided tour of Pachmarhi with visiting Bee Fall, known as Jamuna Prapat, the Bee fall is located 3 km from the town and provides drinking water to Pachmarhi is famous for its bathing pools and spectacular backdrop.
Tamiya, is a beautiful resort located 78 km from Pachmarhi. The place overlooks Narmada valley and provides some spectacular view of the Dudhi plateau. The sunset point of the place gives some magnificent views of the setting sun. The beauty of the Satpura hills girdling the landscape of Tamiya can be best witnessed from this spot. Tamiya is easily accessible from Panchmarhi and one can hire buses (government and private) or jeeps to reach the place.
Bori and Pachmarhi Sanctuaries, constitute a part of 'Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve', along with the Satpura National Park. Both these wildlife resorts cover a total area of 4501.91 km². Bori range stretches from the foot of the Pachmarhi hills to the Tawa and Denwa rivers and is located deep in the valleys. Panchmari sanctuary is harbored at the top. Enveloped with thick forests of teak and sal groves, they help tourists to explore the various species of birds of the region. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 04 : Pachmarhi Jabalpur, 225 km
Morning after breakfast proceed for Jabalpur. En-route visit Marble rock at Bedaghat. At Bedaghat, we will witness an awesome spectacle of nature where the majestic huge stones form a valley and the River Narmada silently makes its way through. The rocks rise to about hundred feet height on either sides of the River Narmada.
Further continue drive to Jabalpur. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 : Jabalpur Bandhavgarh, 170 km
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Bandhavgarh. On arrival, check in at the wildlife resort. After lunch guided jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 06 : Bandhavgarh
Morning and afternoon jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 07 : Bandhavgarh Khajuraho, 260 km
Morning we will proceed for Khajuraho, Land of The Moon God. On arrival transfer to the hotel. After fresh-n-up we will have the temple tour of Eastern & western group of temples. Overnight stay at hotel.
In the eastern group, the temples are the Brahma temple, which has a four-faced lingam, The Vamana temple which is embellished with images of ravishing apsaras at their alluring best; and finally the Javari temple, with its ornate gateway and lavish carvings.
The Western group of temples is the best known, because it is to this group that the largest and most typical Khajuraho temple belongs. Kandariya Mahadeo, Chaunsat Yogini, Chitragupta Temple, Vishwanath Temple and Lakshamana Temple belong to the western group.
Day 08 : Khajuraho Orchha, 180 km
Morning we will proceed for Orchha, the kingdom of Bundela dynasty, situated on the bank of river Betwa and is famous for temples that are built by its Bundela rulers in the 16th and 17th centuries and still retain much of their pristine perfection. On arrival transfer to the hotel. After fresh-n-up Fort & temple tour of Orchha. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 09 : Orchha Gwalior, 85 km - Delhi
Morning drive to Gwalior, on arrival visit Gwalior fort, Man Mandir, Gujari Mahal, Teli-Ka-Mandir, The Sas-Bahu temple & the Chahtris. Later transfer to the railways station to board the train for Delhi. On arrival meet with our representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 : Departure
Transfer to the airport / railway station to board the flight / train for onward destination.
