maharaja royal retreat Maharaja Royal Retreat situated at Tala Village, The Maharaja Royal Retreat was the royal family’s hunting lodge and is still owned by the Maharaja of Rewe.. It is situated on a 16 acres land next to the tri-junction of the Park entry, this is the only heritage property, having an exclusive museum with heritage specialist guide and tress old as about 350 years! The bamboo & other trees provide plenty of bird life. Maharaja’s Royal Retreat is a throwback to the royal past with guests getting experience of Royal camps, spacious living with decor reminiscent of the royal past and cuisine right of the royal kitchen


There are 15 luxurious rooms with twin bedded cozy mud huts, thatched roof, an inner courtyard and other basic modern facilities with T.V and phone. These rooms are attached with bathroom, running cold and hot showers, toilet and comfortable furniture. They also organise trekking and nature walks. The facilities in Maharaja Royal Retreat include a library and museum on royal hunting.


The resort restaurant severs Indian, continental and Chinese cuisine delicacies. Room services and laundry services are also available.
